• New York will be a Sanctuary State. We will ABOLISH ICE and all their federally sponsored fascistic operations within our borders and coordinate with other sanctuary states to form a protective alliance for migrants, immigrants and citizens alike.

• Airport Autonomy Initiative. We will pursue TSA Screening Partnership Program to replace federal TSA agents, or hire them by the state, at all New York airports with state-trained screeners accountable to the new, New York laws.• Eliminate qualified immunity for law enforcement across New York State. Retrain the New York State police force in its entirety, so that deadly force is solely utilized as a last resort. We want our officers to rethink public safety and their roles as “peace officers”, as a new standard. New York will also aim to facilitate cooperation between anti-fascist organizations and our police departments.

• Review all non-violent offenders who currently remain incarcerated to enter rehabilitation programs to be released on a case by case basis.

• Expand government-funded legal aid. Develop a section 8 equivalent for legal representation — no legitimate case should go undefended or unrepresented due to financial lack.

• Kill redlining, of all kinds, in NYS. Ultra-harsh penalties for banks and organizations that are caught practicing it.

• Propose a bill modeled on Ukraine’s anti-oligarch legislation to remove corrupt financial influence on the general public.

• Removal of dark money and big money out of New York politics. (Explore WolfPAC or similar partnership.)

• Harsher penalties for discriminatory, violent, and sexual crimes. Zero tolerance for harassment and blatant public hate speech, especially speech that exacerbates current trends of violent acts to specific groups.

• Cut all state contracts with Israel. We will also cut all contracts and financial ties with businesses entities, companies and corporations involved with Israel, Zionist groups or projects, or complicit in the occupation and illegal sale of Palestinian territories.

• We will pursue full transparency and disclosure laws requiring all New York-based entities facilitating real estate transactions in occupied Palestinian territory to register and disclose publicly. We will create a state registry of NYS entities facilitating illegal Palestinian settlement transactions. We will also explore UBIT enforcement against tax-exempt institutions engaging in commercial facilitation of these activities.

• Decriminalization of prostitution, and personal drug use. I’d like to regulate sex work through a licensed app system — sex workers would become gig economy participants with substantial protections and would become tax contributors. “Your body, your choice”.

• Universal bathroom pilot programs across New York State.  Stalls and urinals alike, will be required to have floor to ceiling partitions as well as doors. All establishments that have single-occupancy bathrooms, will be required to change their signs to gender neutral, instead of male / female designations.

• Expanded programs and services for people with special needs and disabilities.

• A focused effort on the protection and safety of trans people and all other marginalized groups.

• Lemon Laws for Politicians: elected officials who repeatedly fail to deliver on campaign promises, are to face accountability, in the same way that manufacturers who sell defective products, must make up for it by product replacement or return of said item.  If we have a return policy for merchandise, lemon laws for vehicles, then we should absolutely have similar protections for voters, for politicians that don’t follow through on their advertised agendas and promises.

• Examine public de-privatization: we will explore the removal of for-profit companies from administering food stamps, welfare, Medicaid, and other public services.

• We would repeal and replace Executive Order 157 and strongly encourage the state to embrace the BDS movement, in solidarity with the shifting culture of society’s disgust with genocidal states.
